4432 - SICK LEAVE – TRANSFER IN
The previously accumulated unused sick leave of a person who has been separated from Ohio public service will be placed to the person's credit when employed by the St. Henry District, provided that such reemployment takes place within ten (10) years of the date of the last termination of public employment. The unused balance of the sick leave will be transferred up to the maximum of the accumulation permitted by the St. Henry District.
The Board of Education will not accept for transfer any unused sick leave accumulation from out-of-state or private institutions.
