The Board of Education believes that the judicious placement of employees within the District is concomitant to the employment of qualified and competent personnel for the successful functioning of the District.

Responsibility for the assignment and transfer of classified employees shall be vested in the Superintendent within the limits and terms of the negotiated agreement between the Board and the classified staff.

The Superintendent shall provide for voluntary transfers.
