3130 - ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER
The Board of Education believes that the appropriate placement of a qualified and competent staff is essential to the successful functioning of the District.
The Superintendent shall assign professional personnel when such assignments involve:
| A. | a transfer from one building to another or one district service to another; | |
| B. | a move to a position requiring certification other than that required for the employee's present position; | |
| C. | a reduction in force. |
The Superintendent shall provide for voluntary transfers.
