1525 - ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF ADMINISTRATORS
The Board of Education believes that the judicious placement of administrators within the District is important for the successful functioning of the District.
The Board shall approve the Superintendent's assignment of administrative personnel when such assignments:
| A. | involve a transfer from one building to another; | |
| B. | involve a transfer from one position to another. |
No administrator shall be transferred during the life of his/her contract with the District to a position of lesser responsibility except by mutual agreement.
The Superintendent shall provide for voluntary transfer.
