Expenditures of funds in excess of amount budgeted for item shall be approved by the Board of Education.

Transfer of money from one fund to another must be approved by the Board.

Expenditures in excess of appropriations in conformance with Board policy, shall be reported to the Board at the next meeting with recommendation for a transfer of money to cover the purchase and a recommendation for approval of said purchase.
