Students shall be fully informed of the co-curricular activities available to them and of the eligibility standards established for participation in co-curricular activities. Co-curricular activities shall be available to all students who voluntarily elect to participate.

A student in grades 7 through 12 is eligible for participation in co-curricular activities if s/he has met the requirements of the Board of Education and the O.H.S.A.A. for participation in co-curricular activities.

Notwithstanding these standards, a student who has commenced preparation for participation in a public performance or a concert, recital, drama, debate, or the like may continue to participate until s/he has completed the performance if event occurs within two (2) weeks of the end of the grading period.
