ASSESSED RESULTS: In assessing results the Superintendent completes a self-assessment of the extent to which objectives were achieved. The Board assesses the effectiveness of the Superintendent in major areas or responsibility. The Superintendent provides the Board with assessments of extent to which objectives were achieved.
