The District’s audit committee is composed the Board President, the Treasurer and the Superintendent. The committee shall meet at least once every 12 months. The functions of the committee shall be to review the Auditor of State’s Audit Report and Management Letter and to subsequently review implementation of procedures recommended in the report and letter. Committee members shall sign the cover of the report indicating that review has taken place and the Board-approved remedies regarding implementation of the procedures recommended in the report and letter have taken place.
