9120 - PUBLIC INFORMATION PROGRAM
The Superintendent of Schools shall be the official spokesperson for the District. Communications of public concern shall be from the Superintendent or his/her designee.
The Board of Education recognizes the importance of keeping the public fully and promptly informed concerning plans, activities, and needs of the school system. The following media shall be used regularly for this purpose:

| D. | Special Notices | ||
| E. | Others |
The regulatory measures for releasing publicity and information about the school system shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent of schools. H/She shall use his/her judgment in determining various controls or releases so that the best interest of the school system be served.
