7305 - SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENTS

The Board of Education may enter into agreements with the City and/or appropriate Township or County to pay special assessments for local improvements levied against school property irrespective of the use to which the property is put.

The Board will join with other District property owners in initiating petitions for improvements when in the Board's judgment it is in the best interest of the School District.
