5131 - STUDENT TRANSFERS
The Board of Education recognizes the value to a student to participate in the interscholastic athletic program providing it does not interfere with his/her academic program and s/he meets all of the requirements of the Ohio High School Athletic Association.
| A. | The Board will send the necessary release to the Commissioner of the OHSAA for a student who has transferred to another district but resides in this District, providing the student meets all other eligibility requirements. | |
| B. | The Board, however, does not condone a student transferring to another district, while still residing in this District, for the express purpose of participating in the other district's athletic program. |
