The Board of Education shall provide extended school year services to a disabled student when his/her IEP Team has determined that the student is likely to suffer irreparable regression, due to interruption of services, and will not recoup to the extent necessary to attain those IEP objectives which are critical to becoming self-sufficient as an adult.

The Superintendent shall implement administrative guidelines which are in compliance with Federal and State law.
