4160A - PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
| A. | The Corporation will pay for the cost of this required examination, when performed by a Corporation assigned physician. | |
| B. | Each support staff member must maintain good physical and mental health in order that job performance may be at a maximum. | |
| C. | Written evidence of good physical and mental health may be required periodically by the Corporation from a physician of the Corporation's choosing with the Corporation assuming the expense of such an examination. |
