Salaries and fringe benefits for all professional staff members not covered by the terms of a currently-valid negotiated, collectively-bargained agreement shall be not less than those provided in the collective-bargaining agreement with Crestview Employees Association and will be determined by the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Superintendent.
